PDP - Player Development Programme.
The Player Development Programme is a new initiative at North Shore United for the 2025 season. This is a high-performance footballing programme aiming to provide structured and holistic development at the youth level. It is overseen by our OFC/NZF B-Licensed Director of Football Mauricio Rojas and run by our hardworking and talented pool of C-Licensed coaches.
For 2025 the PDP will be run at the boys 13th and 14th grade levels, with plans to expand to 15th, 17th and girls grade in the coming seasons.
