2025 First Kicks - Pre-Season Football Programmes
We will be providing our First Kicks players the opportunity to attend two pre-season football prgrammes.
Mixed - First Kicks - Pre-Season Summer Football
These sessions will be fun games and will be overseen by club coaches who will provide a fun, developmental environment. Players sign up as an individuals and players will then be placed into teams at the start of each session. We will look to play games of 3 v 3 / 4 v 4 / 5 v 5. The pre-season summer football block will five weeks.

Mixed - First Kicks - Pre-Season Structured Training
These sessions led by NSU Coaches will be based around a theme and will be structured to maximize development.
Start Date: Monday 17th February
End Date: Monday 17th March

Here is a list of all 2025 age groups based on year born. Please note there is flexibility to move players up or down in order to ensure players play with friendships groups and to align with school football which is based on school year.
