Mixed Shore Summer +
The all new Shore Summer + is an initiative created by two young NSU coaches Liam Jenkins and Brad Perry, assisted by Nick Daniels. It is an opportunity to kick off your summer with our dynamic football programme designed specifically for young footballers in 9th to 11th Grade (NEXT YEAR: 2014 - 2016). This programme focuses on developing technical skills and enhancing game understanding, ensuring participants are ready for next years pre-season training programme starting week beginning 17th February.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
Technical Ability - Our expert coaches will work with your child to refine essential skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. Through engaging drills and exercises, young players will build a strong technical foundation.
Tactical Ability - Players will gain a deeper understanding of football tactics and strategies in preparation for 2025. Shore Summer+ will cover positioning, team dynamics, and decision-making on the field, empowering your child to think and play smarter. It will incorparate in-game scenarios involving defensive and offensive skills.
Mental Strength - This course will also include many mental strategies and ways to deal with pressure, stress and adversity on and off the field.
Physical Ability - Alongside skill development, we incorporate fitness training to improve endurance, agility, and strength, keeping players in top physical condition. We will be educating our players about ways they can maintain a positive physical form in their own time.
The Shore Summer + programme will constantly be following these three main points: RETAIN knowledge from the previous season, OBTAIN new knowledge during the course and MAINTAIN new and old football knowledge heading into the new season.

Please be aware of the age range within the course also. This has been put in place to allow as many players as possible to get involved, as well as promoting a teacher/learner environment for younger and older players.
Those who register will recieve an email, including a link to join a Heja group. Heja is a free tool that effectively enables communication with coaches and parents, and will be used during the Shore Summer +. Please make sure you download this app as soon as possible so you are up to date with any information from the coaches.
We look forward to seeing everybody on the 2nd of December!
