Youth Pre-Season Training Sessions

These sessions will be led by experienced club coaches and who provide a fun, developmental training environment to prepare and identify our Youth Players for the 2023 season. 

Mixed (Boys and also Girls who want to play with Boys) Youth Pre-Season Training Sessions

Start Date: Tuesday 28th February

End Date: Tuesday 21st March

Girls Only Youth Pre-Season -Training Sessions

Start Date: Thursday 2nd March

End Date: Thursday 23rd March 

• 13th & 14th Grade Girls - Thursday - 5.15pm - 6.30pm - Bayswater Park
• 15th & 17th Grade Girls - Thursday - 5.15pm - 6.30pm - Bayswater Park

We try to build teams around friendship groups but in order to maxmise development and enjoyment, we will also look to stream teams to ensure players are appropriately challenged. We will have youth teams playing at a range of competitive levels. 

Our Youth teams will play either Saturday or Sunday, depending on the ability level of the team. Saturday teams will play at a less competitive level compared to the level which Sunday teams play at. Therefore, as a club offer two pathways into Senior football, a pathway for players who have a desire and passion to play at U23's and First Team Level and a pathway for players who prefer to play socially and progress into Senior Social Football. We hold both pathways with the same degree of importance.

We encourage all players regardless if they would like to play in a Saturday or Sunday team to attend the pre-season training sessions. As these sessions will be a great opportunity to dust off the football boots and to get back into the swing of things, providing the foundations for the season ahead.

Please ensure your child is registered no later than Monday 20th March. If you fail to register by this date they may miss out on being placed in a team. We will then confirm teams over the weekend of Saturday & Sunday 25th & 26th March, with team training looking to start the following week. Team training will commence week beginning Monday 27th March. This is schedule is TBC.

Here is a list of all 2023 age groups based on year born. Please note there is flexibility to move players up or down in order to ensure players play with friendships groups and to align with school football which is based on school year.  

Born 2010 - 13th Grade 

Born 2009 - 14th Grade

Born 2008 - 15th Grade

Born 2006 & 2007 - 17th Grade

Born 2005 or earlier - Senior Teams
