Facilities Update — Bayswater and Allen Hill

Good progress on both grounds this year.

At Bayswater Park, the old masonry shower block has been demolished and resource consent has been granted for a new changing rooms and shower block. Construction is scheduled to begin in October, with the goal of having everything completed before the 2027 season. Renovation of the clubhouse building will begin shortly.

At Allen Hill, the sideline grandstand renovation was completed in March, funded by a generous club member. Planned works for the 2026/27 summer include a new perimeter path and railing, a new pedestrian entrance at the western end, and safety improvements behind the changing rooms. We continue to work with Auckland Council on further investment for 2027-29.
