Junior Athletic Development Academy
Building Long-Term Athletic Foundations
The Athletic Development Academy is a specialised programme designed to support young footballers by developing the physical qualities that underpin performance, confidence, and injury prevention. These are predominantly strength and fitness sessions to compliment the football pre season skills and games sessions.
Built on Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) principles, the academy focuses on helping players move well first — before moving fast or strong — ensuring development is safe, progressive, and age-appropriate.
The sessions are limited to 24 Juniors per time slot so register now to avoid dissapointment
Our Philosophy
We believe that great footballers are built on strong movement foundations. This programme prioritises speed, coordination, control, and confidence, while reducing injury risk and establishing healthy habits around training and physical challenge.
